Autumn update

Well, the summer, such as it was, has been and gone and here we are in mid-November!
I have had quite a few weeks without gigs but a few weeks ago I went down to Liverpool to the Baltic Social, where my friends Shakedown Street had organised a Halloween gig. I played a long acoustic set, sat in with Jay (Shakedown Street singer) on 3 tunes, then sat in with Shakedown Street themselves on most of their second set.
Everybody seemed to have a good time, and I will hopefully be returning in March next year for more of the same!

My acoustic set was recorded from the audience, and on first listen it is pretty good - once I've listened again I will probably post it for people to download for free.

I was very pleased to be asked by Big Boy Bloater to play the support slot at his One Man Show gig at The Cluny2 on Thursday 11th December. I am looking forward to this and it would be great to see some folks there!

Before that I am at The Cluny on Sunday 23rd November, as MC and performer, on another Blues All Dayer - also on the bill are The Groovamatics feat Johnny Whitehill, The Lyndon Anderson Band and George Shovlin & the Radars - all for £5!

And next year I am playing at this new venue:
